Picture yourself sat around a log fire searing succulent local venison steaks. Or eating paella created with locally caught langoustines and mussels and simmered over a range. Or catching your own trout before cooking and eating it that same evening. What about a mermaid omelet for breakfast made from real free range eggs from a local croft?
If we are providing food on a trip then, wherever possible, we will source it from locally grown, reared or caught food sources in order to enhance the experience for you and extend your immersion in the culture of the the peninsulas.
